Inquest results for Cranberries frontwoman, Dolores O’Riordan, have shown the singer accidentally drowned in the bathtub after drinking too much alcohol.
Forty-six-year-old O’Riordan was found submerged in her London hotel bathroom last January, leaving no note and no evidence of self-harm, according to the Associated Press.
The Associated Press are reporting several miniature bottles of alcohol and a bottle of champagne were found in the singer’s hotel room and toxicology results revealed a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit for driving.
“There’s no evidence that this was anything other than an accident,” coroner Shirley Radcliffe said at the inquest.
